Our Homeschool Prom is set to take place on April 12, 2025.

This year's prom will be located at the Forum River Center in Rome, Georgia.

Our Homeschool prom is open to all homeschool students regardless of where you live, what homeschool program you choose or what religious background you have. We are an inclusive homeschool event. 

Yes, attendees must be at least 14 years old and shall not be older than 20  years of age on April 12, 2025. 

Absolutely! Each homeschool student may purchase up to two prom tickets. Your guest doesn't have to be homeschooled but does have to meet all other requirements including, but not limited to, age requirement. 

We will have a limited quantity of early bird tickets for sale at $45 per ticket. Once they're sold out, they won't be restocked! For those who miss the early bird opportunity, regular-priced tickets will be $55 until December 31, 2024.  January 1, 2025 will be begin our last chance tickets, which will be $65 per ticket until sold out. We advise anyone wanting to attend to purchase tickets early!  

We are thrilled to offer a VIP ticket upgrade option, so be sure to look for that when you’re ready to purchase your tickets. While we can't spill the beans on all the details, our VIP ticket upgrade is meant to enhance the overall experience of your night . Think early access, red carpet, VIP only lounge and lots of other extra goodies.

Yes, every ticket holder will have to show proof of ticket as well at the first and last name of ticket holder. Please make sure when you purchase your ticket you are giving correct and full names, as this will be how you will be verified at check in. 

All sales are final, so please make sure you're able to attend before making your purchase.

No event is complete without a good theme and we love themed parties! Our theme for the 2025 Homeschool Prom will be released soon! Pay close attention to our Facebook page for the theme announcement!  

Yes, this is a formal event, please aim for attire that reflects the elegance of the occasion. Formal attire includes formal dresses, semi-formal dresses, tuxedos, suits, dress pants and dress shirt, ties optional. Please  no jeans, flip flops, athletic shoes, crocs, or t-shirts. Dresses should be modest, with appropriate coverage for an evening of dancing.  We do not permit any clothing or accessories that resemble or promote violence, indecency, illegal activities or that are discriminatory in any way. You will be turned away at the door.

Yes, all chaperones will be chosen by our Board of Directors. If you're interested in being a chaperone please email us at info@eventologyhomeschoolevents.org. In addition to chaperones, we will have security guards, venue staff, and a Rome police officer on site. 

No, students will not be permitted to leave and re-enter the event. If your child does not wish to stay the length of the event, please make sure you arrange a pickup time. Once they leave our venue, we can't supervise. 

No, parents are not permitted to enter the venue. This is a drop-off event for our homeschool teens. There will be security and chaperones on hand so please take the time during your teens night to go explore the town and allow them time to let loose on the dance floor! 

Absolutely! Eventology Homeschool Prom will have a  professional DJ playing every genre of music. If you'd like to request songs, please send in request to info@eventologyhomeschoolevents.org, no later than April 1, 2025. All ticket holders are able to request songs, with VIP ticket holders having priority. No song requests will be accepted the night of prom. 

Yes, we will have light refreshments. 

Yes, a professional photographer will be on hand for a short time. All photo packages will be sold separately after the event, to allow for parents to view.

Yes. Eventology Homeschool Prom will have a Prom Court. All homeschooled seniors (17-18 yrs old) are invited to partake in the exciting tradition. To determine the royal representatives, every senior's name is entered into a raffle organized by the prom committee. Prom King, Queen and a number of Princes, and Princesses will be chosen. Be on the lookout for more updates on our Facebook page for opportunities to increase your number of raffle tickets. 

We will implement a two-point check-in system to ensure a smooth and secure entry process. Upon arrival, our Eventology homeschool event chaperone will scan your ticket and verify your name against our guest list. Additionally, our chaperone will take a moment to remind you about the importance of not bringing any prohibited items into the event. The second checkpoint will be conducted  by the security team at the venue including being scanned by metal detectors. At this point if you are found to have any prohibited items, they will be removed and discarded. You will not get these items back so please keep them at home. 

Prohibited items include vapes, cigarettes, any other smoking devices, drugs, alcohol, mace, outside food or drinks, weapons of any kind, including knives, guns, or tasers.
